Step 3: Tracking Your Goal

Tracking your goals means that you document what you are doing to accomplish your goals. This helps you stay “on track” to assess your progress and achieve your goals. You can track goals in different ways—an easy way is to use the Out and About Weekly Goal Tracking Forms.
